Holiday Shipping Information

Did you miss our Holiday Shipping Cutoff on Monday, December 16th @ 12pm ET?

Don’t worry, we still may be able to help. If the item shows as in stock on our website, we may still have options, but we would need your exact address to determine what is possible. Simply contact us and we can calculate exact shipping times. The closer you live to Michigan, the more likely it is we can make a last-minute delivery happen. Special Order items are less likely to make it for Christmas, but it doesn’t hurt to ask. Due to carrier restrictions, some of our premium inside delivery options are no longer available before Christmas, however, we can easily accommodate post-holiday deliveries.


Shipping Information

Orders under 70 lbs

When free economy shipping is selected for orders under 70 lbs., the order will ship via the most economical service from UPS, FedEx, or USPS. All shipping and handling times are outside estimates and it may ship faster than stated. Every item we sell qualifies for free economy shipping regardless of the weight.

Expedited Shipping

All orders with expedited shipping will be processed the same day when submitted before 11am ET. All shipping estimates are in business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays). All orders will ship in accordance with posted lead times.

  • Example A: Item X has a lead time of 1 day. If ordered with expedited shipping before 11am, this item will ship same day. If ordered after 11am, this item will ship tomorrow.
  • Example B: Item Y has a lead time of 3 days. If ordered with expedited shipping before 11am, this item will ship in two days with the expedited shipping option. If ordered after 11am, this item will ship in three days with the expedited shipping option.

Orders over 70 lbs (LTL Shipping)

Every item we sell qualifies for free economy shipping regardless of the weight. Almost all orders over 70 lbs will ship via an LTL shipping carrier. This means it will come on a pallet in a freight truck with a liftgate and be placed at your curb. Often, the driver will help place it in your garage, but this is at their discretion and not to be expected. After we receive the order, we will contact you to confirm all shipping information, including a valid phone number. Once the item has shipped and arrives at the delivery terminal, the Freight Carrier will contact you to set up a 3-4 hour window for delivery.


Inside Delivery Options

For games being delivered outside of our Pinball Machines and Arcade delivery zone, we have you covered! All of our shipments include free curbside delivery, but if you need something more, we have options for you. From room-of-choice delivery to full delivery and setup, you can rest assured that we can get your game delivered into your home or business.

  • Room of Choice Delivery:
    • The game will be placed in your room of choice, up or down one flight of stairs.
    • The game WILL NOT be unboxed, assembled, plugged in, or have any functionality tested.
    • The customer is responsible for ensuring the item will fit through doorways, turn corners, go through stair landings, etc. If you are not sure, call us, we can help!
    • All orders will ship in accordance with posted product lead times.
  • Room of Choice with Light Assembly:
    • The game will be placed in your room of choice, up or down one flight of stairs.
    • Light assembly will be performed to complete tasks such as attaching legs, connecting sections together, etc. You may be required to complete some setup such as: connecting electrical components and plugging the game in.
    • Debris will be hauled away.
    • The game will not be plugged in or have any functionality tested.
    • The customer is responsible for ensuring the item will fit through doorways, turn corners, go through stair landings, etc. If you are not sure, call us, we can help!
    • Other site location or item-specific stipulations may apply.
    • Additional lead times may apply depending on your location, and we will communicate those to you.

Pinball Machines and Arcade Delivery (Available in Kent and Ottawa Counties, MI)

For games being delivered within our delivery zone, the standard shipping options through our partners for curbside and inside delivery are available. For those customers located in Kent or Ottawa County and looking for an exceptional end-to-end experience, we offer our Pinball Machines and Arcade Professional Delivery and Setup. Our team of in-house professional installers will fully set up your purchased games, ensure they are working properly, and remove any debris when finished. All we ask is that you are flexible with your schedule, and we would be happy to take care of everything for you. Simply select “Room of Choice with Light Assembly” in the checkout and we will upgrade you to Pinball Machines and Arcade Delivery at no additional charge.


Custom Delivery Solutions

Do you have a large project? Are there unique problems that can’t be solved by one of the options above? Many of these options are designed to handle orders of a few games and may not seem like they suit your needs. If this is the case, please contact us. We can work with you every step of the way to find a solution tailored to you. Regardless of your location, we have the ability to contract third-party resources to execute the delivery and installation. In special circumstances, we may also be able to arrange for Pinball Machines and Arcade Professional Delivery.


In-Store Pickup

Place your order today for any in-stock item by 11:30 am and you can pick it up anytime between 1:30 and 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday. If you would like a Friday pickup, please call us to schedule a time. To ensure your order is ready when you arrive, please contact us to let us know when you’ll be picking up your order.

If an item is not in stock or is a special order item, you can still order it through us and pick it up when it arrives at our facility.


Special Note: We will fulfill the order to the Customer only or, otherwise, a person authorized by the Customer. Authorization by the Customer will require either:

  1. A notarized letter of authority from the Customer that includes:
    • The name
    • Date of birth
    • Email address of the Customer
    • Identification of the person authorized to pick up the product
    • Phone number
    • Shipping address used in the Sales Order
  2. Verification of a government-issued identification of the Customer or the individual authorized by the Customer verbally or in writing.
  3. A signature from the Customer or the authorized individual, showing the date and time of the pick-up, and if the individual picking up the item was not the Customer, the name and telephone number of the authorized person.
