1. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, eligible items may still qualify for return after delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

All accessories, manuals, and components are included

The product has not been installed, modified, or used
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged on arrival:

Custom-built, special-order, or made-to-order products

Large freight items (including pinball machines and arcade machines) once installed or used

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification

Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items (unless defective)
All returns are subject to inspection. Items that do not meet return conditions may be declined for refund or replacement.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and risk unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

If a return does not meet policy requirements, you will be notified with an explanation.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos.
Once verified, we will offer:

A full refund
For approved claims, we cover all applicable return or replacement shipping costs.
6. Warranty Claims
