2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across Canada and to select international destinations.
Please ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate. Pinball Machines and Arcade is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, delivery location, and handling requirements.

4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination:

Large / Freight Items (Pinball & Arcade Machines): Typically 7–21 business days

International Deliveries: Estimated 10–30 business days, subject to customs clearance
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier schedules, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
6. Delivery Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, contact us immediately at support@pinballmachinesandarcade.ca or +1 (778) 924-6738 before your order is shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
7. Out-of-Stock Items
While we aim to maintain accurate inventory, if an item becomes unavailable after purchase:

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We carefully package all items to prevent damage during transit.

We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the outcome.
